At The Foot Of
The Cross
by Nell Berry

Tossed about on the sea of life,
shipwrecked and bruised and torn,
without a life boat, with no one,
and nothing to call my own.
There was nothing I had to live for,
I was so hopelessly lost.
Then I found what I'd been seeking,
when I fell at the foot of the cross.
Now
I'm clinging to my Savior,
who's done so much for me.
He saved me and gave me
life eternally
I will follow Him, though tempest tossed,
where ever He may lead,
holding onto the cross,
I'm anchored in Jesus, and reaching to those in need.
Chorus:
From storm tossed seas, He rescued me,
He heard my soul's deep cry,
At the foot of the cross He rescued me,
now safe from the storms am I.
