Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of
grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of
need.
Hebrews 4:16
To enter the sanctuary of the living God, does
not require a building or temple. The praises, coming from our
hearts, lead us through the gates to His presence, where we stand
face to face with the all powerful, all knowing living God. Standing
in the presence of love itself. There is no greater feeling. It is
certainly an experience that is hard to keep secret. The Holy Spirit
lights the fire within our spirits, which refreshes and renews us.
Makes you want to shout! The power and glory of God working through
our lives. It is truly humbling. All pretence is gone. We are
standing before God, the one who knows our deepest thoughts, and is
aware of everything we have ever said or done. Being in His
presence, we can learn and grow and understand, not only more of the
character of God, but more of ourselves. It is like tapping into a
great power source that never ends. When we have exhausted all our
means and we look into the eyes of God, He takes hold of us and
takes hold of what we are unable to, and does what we cannot even
imagine.
Prayer
You are so worthy Lord! We praise You for all the
many things You have done, and are doing in our lives. Renew our
spirits and refresh us with Your power. As we look into Your
face, we see love that gives us life. We will shout Your praises!
Our hearts will sing of Your goodness. You are our God. It is only
Your glory that makes our lives worth living. It is You who can do
in our lives what we could never have imagined. You know our
weakness and You make us strong. You are our source of strength and
hope. Thank You Lord! Amen.
