God Today Devotions

In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can mortal man do to me?
Psalm 56:4

God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His character is unshakable and He is the standard, in which all people and nations must measure their conduct. Those who have received and enjoy His blessings, must never cease to be thankful and remember that He is their constant source. Those who continue to rebel and ignore Him, will be held accountable as well for their lack of compassion, and the injustice that they have perpetrated. We need to be always aware, that even the greatest of leaders are human. It is God who is in control, and He is always watching and aware.

Prayer

Lord, You are in control. We thank You and praise You for the blessings we have received from Your hand. You are a good and a just God. You are the standard, give us the wisdom and ability to live our lives accordingly. In Jesus name we ask, Amen.
