Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord.
Jeremiah 17:7

It appears, the closer we get to the answer, the more intense the problem becomes. It is always the darkest right before dawn. We can't give up, when we are on the verge of breaking through. There are obstacles and heartaches in this life, but they are for a brief moment in time. If we can trust in God to see us through the dark moments, when the heavy cloud breaks open, we will find blessing un-imagined in the light of His love. We don't have to fear the dark clouds of the storm, we have been planted by the streams of living water, where nothing can uproot us, and all we need to sustain us can be found.

Prayer

Lord, we are thirsty, and hopeless, tired and weak. Quench our thirst, be our strength, restore our faith and our hope. Our confidence is in you, we cannot be uprooted. We have been planted in the hope of Jesus Christ. Our hope is in you, and not the hopeless cloud that obscures our view. Continue to fill us and sustain us. In Jesus name we ask and believe. Amen.
