My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is
made perfect in weakness." Life can be overwhelming at times. It is at times like these that we realize just how much we need Jesus. We are reminded where we were before He was a part of our lives. We may think we lack many things but as long as we have Him we lack nothing. Our priorities can easily become misplaced, neglecting to make Him a priority over the responsibilities of our day. When we can't He can. There is nothing more important in our day than Jesus. When spending time with Him begins to slip down our list of priorities we can find ourselves wondering further away and as a result becoming discouraged and overwhelmed. We lose the joy in living. Life becomes a chore. All that we do depends upon Him and through His strength and His grace we are able to face the day. His love lifts us up, renews our souls, and refreshes our spirits. We need to be constantly walking under His shadow and abiding in His presence. Prayer Thank you Lord for allowing me the opportunity to spend time in your presence. You breathe life into this weary soul, you renew my spirit and cause it to soar once again. You are faithful. I desire to walk in your shadow and remain in your presence.
