A Servant?
Lord is that what You would have me be
Seems for years You've given abilities
But I am slow to see

Renew my vision Lord, Help me to see
Not as what appears to be
But deeper Lord
Where hidden thoughts lay waiting
Just for someone to care

Someone to ask what others really need
Not the bread of humanity
But the bread of humility
Give me a servants heart Lord
If that's what You'd have me be

A heart that feels what is not said
A heart that kneels with prayer filled stead
Lifting the needs of others up to His throne above
Sharing with others as I  have been given
A heart to serve Lord, make me a servant
